Terminology

As you navigate this electronic design document, please keep in mind the following terms and their contextual meanings.

  • Ancient This broadly refers to anything constructed by or related to the Ouhman, an ancient group of humans that once occupied the playspace.
  • Ouhman  An ancient group of humans that once inhabitated a long since decayed archipelago on the mid-atlantic rift. The ancient settlements in the playspace can be traced back to the Ouhman.
  • Millennial  This term refers to anything relating to the group of people that lived in the playspace during the twentieth and twenty-first century.
  • Pole Shift  A natural phenomenon on a galactic scale, a pole shift is when a planet's magnetic poles shift, causing the magnetosphere they generate to weaken, thus exposing the planet to radiation and solar winds.
